Crown Juls (The Family Juls Band) is a Pueblo, Colorado based band. We play music in a variety of styles including R&B, Folk, Rock & Roll, just a bit of country, and original music. The family (as we are now) formed up in October of 2005. Frankie and Juls (Vocals and accoustic guitars) have been jamming together since 1998, and gained a loyal following in Pueblo as an accoustic duo. Rich plays just about anything that the song could possibly need, including saxophone, keyboards, electric guitar, harmonica and accordion. Lyman, the bass player, gets to bring jazz and world styles to the group with particular attention to holding down the groove. Jason's been studying and teaching drums for more than a decade and hosting an open mic in his spare time at the Riverside Bar & Grille. Didn't take long for word to spread that the guy has some serious clock! Our main local hangout is Gray's Coors Tavern down on 4th street. You can get one MEAN slopper there. Summer's the best when we get to hang out on the patio. We also have a great time at the Riverside Bar and Grille on the North side of Pueblo. The place won an award for "Best Green Chili" and sports some excellent grub. Out of town, we get up to Cuchara during the Summer and Fall. Cal's been great to us up at the Dog Bar. Try the pizza....
